WhatsApp Business Cloud API Data
When a user provides a phone number and completes a booking, reservation, or service request on SmartQal, this action is treated as consent to receive transactional WhatsApp notifications related to that specific activity.
We collect and process phone numbers, message delivery statuses, and interaction logs as required by Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform in order to send booking confirmations, reminders, updates, and receipts. These messages are strictly service-related and not promotional in nature.
